Helen Davies

Helen is a a people-focused and talented communications professional with almost 20 years experience in this field having held a number of senior communication positions in the telecommunications and utilities industries before moving in to the world of consulting where she has developed and delivered highly engaging communications plans across a number of IT-enabled transformation programmes making sure that employees at all levels from CEO to grass roots are engaged with in a way that works for them. Helen specialises in demystifying complex messages and making them relevant and timely for all concerned. Helen works quickly to establish key relationships at all levels of a programme and an organisation and builds a strong rapport with in-house communications and marketing teams in order to get the best results. Helen is passionate about employee engagement and taking people on the transformation journey, ever mindful of the challenge this can be for some people. She brings energy and enthusiasm into everything she does and strives to ensure leadership are playing their role in employee engagement.

 

Lisa Burleigh

Lisa is a data expert specialising in ERP Data Migration and Master Data Governance. She has extensive experience having worked on programmes for a wide range of industries, including Defence, Automotive, Services, Retail, Chemical, FMGG, and Media.

Lisa has managed Data Migration for multiple SAP/S4 transformation programmes. She is experienced with managing complex global transformations and the challenges of delivering data across multiple countries and releases.

Lisa is delivery focussed and has strong people and organisation skills. Her strength is her ability to build relationships and make connections across business, functional and technical teams to align on strategy, and coordinate data activities with teams situated across multiple locations.

Lisa holds the Data Migration Lead role in Boss Consulting and will be responsible for Data Migration for transformation programmes.

 

Matt Worledge

Matt is an accomplished Senior Project and Programme Manager. He delivers challenging IT change projects ranging from small tactical initiatives to multi-million pound strategic portfolios. He is formally qualified in a range of waterfall and agile methodologies, as well as service and risk management.

Matt specialises in leading mobility, infrastructure and security projects, but has experience in a wide range of internal and client-facing complex global IT projects and programmes, including networking, acquisition integration, software upgrades and rollouts, cloud services and business restructure programmes.

He has extensive experience in the defence sector, as well as manufacturing, justice, consumer services, telecoms and banking industries.

 

Paul Hargreaves

Paul Hargreaves is a highly experienced and well-respected Integration and Remediation lead with over 25 years’ experience of successfully delivering complex global ERP programmes.

Having held a number of roles spanning delivery management, project management and architectural oversight, Paul is passionate about ensuring that his client’s implementation activities run smoothly and effectively.

Paul has conveyed his experience to numerous leading international organisations throughout his career encompassing the pharmaceutical, technology, automotive, logistics, construction, travel and entertainment sectors.

 

Paul Capp

Paul has been a Project / Programme delivery manager in large international multifaceted projects for many years with a focus on large scale transformations, mergers and divestment projects with experience in delivering in excess of 10 project lifecycles.  Throughout his career he has honed his skills on many of the key project areas including project setup (governance, requirements gathering etc), Test, Change, Data, PMO & Cutover management, successfully implementing using both waterfall and agile methodologies.

 

Steve Higgs

Steve is a senior programme manager who has spent the last 20 years helping organisations leverage business capability through technology led transformation.

Having started his career in Supply Chain Management Steve was part of a team that successfully implemented SAP for a Y2K programme for a major FMCG, following which he moved from his business role into Information Technology.

Since then Steve has held various roles across FMCG, Manufacturing, Defence, Service Industry, and Construction, and worked on a variety of major SAP and S/4Hana business transformation programmes across Europe.

Steve is passionate about helping businesses deliver on their strategic priorities, protecting their investment, and achieving their business objectives by ensuring there are sound controls and governance in place to provide assurance and enable risk-based decision making.

 

Jasmine Towler

After graduating in Accounting and Finance, I joined Capgemini as part of their Programme Management Office and was assigned to the HMRC account, I then went on to join Boss Consulting as part of a large S/4HANA transformation programme in the air & defence sector. More recently I have been supporting the Programme Management team of Boss working on another large S/4HANA transformation programme in the manufacturing industry.

During my time at Boss, I have worked with a vast array of collaboration tools and have identified how to use digital enablers to maximise the quality of the data that is reported to key stakeholders; these foundations have enabled the projects we manage to continue to operate effectively during COVID-19 pandemic and support fast decision making and escalation. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, exercising and getting involved with charity work.

 

Marcus Burton

Marcus is an accomplished business transformation professional. His strong analytical mind, communication abilities, and insight into programme and portfolio management approaches have built pragmatic and high-performing programme environments.

Marcus combines thought leadership with a constant focus on delivery, honed in IT-enabled business transformation engagements across the Retail, Defence, and Building Products sectors, guiding diverse teams to rapidly achieve their objectives.

Marcus is an Associate with Boss Consulting, based on the south coast of the UK close to the New Forest.

 

Ed Jones

Talented planner with 20+ years of enterprise scheduling experience (predominantly SAP & Oracle implementations). A chartered engineer who applies logic and a mutual understanding of technical and business processes to build a Critical Path to success. A unique ability to bridge the gap between Steering Committee and Team Members, communicating current status and ‘heads up display’ of forthcoming risks. Able to hit the ground running with a rucksack of proven planning/dependency strategies to bring a programme back on track (Top down and Bottom up synergy). An expert in MS Project/ Primavera/ Smartsheets, and repository based scheduling. Enjoys all sports, and keeps fit on his road bike, taking himself into the Hampshire countryside most weekends. Avid follower of science and technology.
